Camp Schedule

Each training session at Next Level Training Camps will run for 3 hours and is designed to maximize athlete development through structured drills, skill work, and competitive activities. Our goal is to provide a high-energy environment where athletes can improve their speed, fundamentals, and overall football performance.

Training Session Structure

Dynamic Warmup
Athletes begin with a dynamic warmup designed to prepare the body for training, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of injury.

Speed Training
Focused drills to develop acceleration, sprint mechanics, and overall speed to help athletes perform at a higher level on the field.

Footwork Drills
Athletes will work on quickness, balance, and coordination through ladder drills and other footwork exercises that translate directly to game performance.

Position Work
Position-specific training where athletes will focus on the techniques and skills required for their role on the field.

Competition Drills
Sessions finish with competitive drills designed to challenge athletes, build confidence, and apply the skills learned throughout the training session.
