Meet Our Coaching Staff
At Next Level Training Camps, our coaching staff is made up of current college athletes who are passionate about helping the next generation of football players improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a strong work ethic both on and off the field. Our goal is to create a positive and competitive environment where young athletes can learn from players who have experienced what it takes to compete at the next level.
Each coach brings their own experience, knowledge, and passion for the game, and is committed to helping every athlete improve their fundamentals, speed, agility, and football IQ.
Dalton Giboo
Dalton Giboo is the founder of Next Level Training Camps and a current Division II football athlete who has played both safety and wide receiver at the collegiate level. Dalton started these camps to share the knowledge and experience he has gained from competing at a high level with young athletes in the community.
Before continuing his football career at the University of Findlay, Dalton attended Pioneer Senior High School, where he was an First Team All-State running back, First Team All–Western New York, and the MVP of class B Section VI, Big 30 Player of the Year, Connelly Cup Finalist, and First Team All League Junior and Senior year.
Dalton is expected to graduate in 2028 and is passionate about helping young athletes develop their football skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
Founder & DB/ RB/ WR Coach Karter Giboo is a coach at Next Level Training and a current Division II football athlete. At the collegiate level, Karter has played on both sides of the ball as a tight end and linebacker, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the game.
Karter joined Next Level Training because he is passionate about helping young athletes grow, develop their skills, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Before continuing his football career at the University of Findlay, Karter attended Pioneer Senior High School, where he had an outstanding career. He was a Connolly Cup Finalist, earned First Team All–Western New York honors, and was named Second Team All-State Running Back.
Karter is expected to graduate in 2029 and is excited to work with young athletes, helping them understand the hard work, discipline, and dedication it takes to compete at the next level.

Gavin Schwab
Gavin Schwab is a coach at Next Level Training and a current Division I football athlete, where he plays quarterback at the collegiate level. Gavin has played quarterback his entire life and is passionate about sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained with the younger athletes in our community.
Before continuing his football career at the University of New Hampshire, Gavin attended Pioneer Senior High School, where he had an outstanding career. He was named Class B Player of the Year, earned 3rd Team All-State Quarterback honors, and was selected First Team Section VI Class B2. Gavin also holds EVERY passing record at Pioneer Senior High School.
Gavin is expected to graduate in 2029 and is excited to help young athletes develop their football IQ, footwork, and quarterback fundamentals while building confidence and understanding of the game.
Quarterbacks Coach
Luke Mathies is a coach at Next Level Training and a current Division III football athlete, where he plays offensive lineman. Known for his strength, intelligence, and technical ability, Luke has developed into a highly skilled lineman despite being considered undersized for the position at 6’0” and 260 pounds. His success on the field comes from his strong fundamentals, disciplined footwork, and commitment to mastering the details of the game.
Luke joined Next Level Training with the goal of inspiring younger athletes in the community. He believes that with dedication, hard work, and consistency, anyone can achieve their goals.
Before continuing his football career at Alfred University, Luke was a four-year starter at Pioneer Senior High School, where he had an outstanding career. During his high school career, he was a Trench Trophy Finalist, a Two-Time Trench Trophy Defensive Lineman of the Year, and earned Second Team All-State honors as an Offensive Lineman.
Luke is expected to graduate in 2028 and is thrilled to help the young athletes, he aims to help young athletes build confidence, develop strong work habits, and learn the value of perseverance.
